What products do I need to purchase to be eligible for the promotion?
Purchase one of the following Electrolux Bottom Mount Fridge models: EBM4300SC, EBE4300SC, EBM5100SC, EBE5100SC, EBM4307SC, EBM5107SC.
How long is the Offer Period?
You must purchase your product/s between 1/03/10 and 30/04/10 to be eligible for both promotions. Entries into ‘Win a $1000 Water Experience’ must be fully completed and received by 11.59pm AEST on 30/04/10 to be entered into the prize draw. Online Entries to claim your free BRITA gift set must be received by 11.59pm on 14/05/10. Mailed receipts must be received by last mail on 28/05/10.
No entries will be processed after the above dates date.
How will I know if I am a winner and when I will receive my BRITA Gift with purchase?
If you are a winner in the prize draw, you will be notified by email within 2 business days from date of prize draws (prize draw dates are 25/03/10, 14/04/10 & 03/05/10). Winners details will also be published in The Australian on 1/4/10, 21/04/10 & 10/05/10.
Please allow 4-6 for delivery of your BRITA gift set from 14/05/10.

How do I enter this promotion?
You must visit www.electrolux.com.au/promotions follow the prompts to the claim page during the Offer Period, input the requested details and submit the fully completed online claim form. You will then need to upload your scanned purchase receipt and click 'Submit' OR select the option to download your claim form, print out the claim and mail this in. For details go to How To Enter.
What are the terms and conditions of this promotion?
Why is there no box to tick for Privacy? Is it a secure website?
This is a secure website – your privacy is protected throughout the website. As per the Terms and Conditions, Electrolux may use your information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages or telephoning you.
I entered a different name on the online claim form, from the name shown on the receipt.
Is this OK?
No, it is not. Claims that are received showing a different name will be made invalid. The name/entrant on the claim form must match the name on the receipt, in order to be eligible for this promotion.
My delivery address has changed since I entered my online claim details. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible to update your address details to ensure your items are delivered to the correct address. Email promotions@electrolux.com.au or call 1300 363 640.
I don't have internet or email, is there another way for me to enter in this promotion?
Unfortunately not. You will need to find a family member or friend who has internet access who can help you complete an online claim. Alternatively please contact your Retailer where you made your purchases for this promotion and ask for assistance.
I am having trouble downloading my claim form for my entry into the "BRITA Giveaway" Offer, what do I do?
You need to have Adobe Acrobat Version 5 or above – this is a free installation. Please also check that your pop-ups are not being blocked and are activated. You may also need to install Active-X controls in your Internet Explorer browser.
Why don't I get an email back straight away after registering for the "BRITA Giveaway" Offer?
Sometimes there are short delays in email transmission. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, you may have entered an incorrect email address. It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking this mail as Spam or Junk mail. Please check your Spam and Junk Mail folders. If you still have not received a confirmation email you can contact 1300 363 640 for assistance.
I need the serial number/s of my purchased product/s to submit my online claim, but the product/s is currently not in stock OR I won't take delivery of my product within the promotional period. Am I still eligible to claim?
Yes you are still eligible to claim. If you do not have your serial number/s you can still start the claim process as long as you have paid for your products in full. Please register for the claim and then email promotions@electrolux.com.au with your claim ID number for further instructions on how to proceed.
What do I do if I have purchased the participating ELECTROLUX Product (s), but the store/retailer currently has none in stock – am I still eligible to claim in this promotion?
Yes, you are still eligible to claim. If you have not received your purchased Item from your retailer, at time of payment you are still eligible for entry into the prize draw and "BRITA Giveaway" offer if you have paid in full within the promotional period.
Orders showing incomplete payment for the participating products will not be accepted.
What if I am not available to take delivery of my BRITA Gift Pack?
It is your responsibility to be available to take delivery of your items. If you are not home, details will be left for you to arrange re-delivery of you items directly with the courier.
